Things I'm Loving: Part 1
I want to do something a little different today. Instead of getting deep and emotional, I want to share some things with you guys that I'm currently loving! (Actually, some of these things I've loved for years and have become staples in my life)

Have a wonderful Tuesday, friends. I'm off to go enjoy some pumpkin spice coffee....
- Aveda hand relief moisturizing creme. My hands get so dry in the fall and winter so I fell in love with this hand creme. It's thicker than regular lotion without being oily. Aveda describes it as "intensely moisturizes dry hands leaving them noticeably softer and smoother." Hands down (no pun intended) the best hand creme I've come across. It has andiroba oil and other plant hydrators to nourish your skin, and is free from parabens, mineral oil, petrolatum, formaldehyde, animal ingredients, paraffin, lanolin, and synthetic fragrance. I also love that Aveda offers different sizes(4.2 fl oz and 1.4 fl oz), so I can keep a small one in my purse and a larger one at home or on my desk at work.
- Bobbi Brown Lip Gloss in Nougat has definitely been a staple for me over the years. It's formulated with soothing botanical extracts - including avocado, jojoba and chamomile oils, and aloe extract, so your lips stay soft and don't dry out. I love the medium sheen and kissable soft (aka not sticky) feeling. It also stays on for a really long time, so I rarely have to reapply.
- Bessie Microsuede Wedge Bootie. This bootie is super comfortable and looks so much like the adorable TOMS Suede Women's Kala Booties, but at a much more reasonable price. I love pairing them with jeans, leggings and a sweater or a casual dress.

- Fall is officially here! And though it's not quite October, I broke down and got a bag of this pumpkin spice coffee from Target. It is like fall in a mug, y'all, and makes me want to take a trip to the pumpkin patch, like, now.
- Speaking of fall, I am taking full advantage of the last few nice days where I can run outside. This Run 'N' Bass playlist on Spotify is amazing. All of the songs are at 170-175 BPM (beats per minute) and keeps me running at about a 8:30 minute mile. Spotify also offers other playlists with different BPMs depending on if you want to run faster or slower (the higher the BPM, the faster the beat, which is great for faster runs...if you want a more relaxed pace, go for lower BPM).
Have a wonderful Tuesday, friends. I'm off to go enjoy some pumpkin spice coffee....
