Spell Your Name Full Body Workout

Hi all! Happy Wednesday! It's been a while since I've posted any workouts on the blog, and I think it's about time. Inspired by the alphabet workouts floating around out there and a recent workout at my gym, I created a body weight workout that you can do at home or whilst traveling. I really love these styles of workouts because they target all muscle groups, get your heart rate up and go by fast because you're always moving. It took me about 20 minutes to do my entire name...if you're looking for a longer workout, try spelling out another name...your significant other's, your kid's, your bff's, your pet's, you get the idea 😉
