Good morning! I started my week off with an awesome leg day at the gym and my favorite
avocado toast, fresh berries and Trader Joe's Autumn Maple coffee with 2% milk.

Getting back to my favorite healthy meals at home |
I got home a couple of days ago after spending the weekend in Las Vegas celebrating one of my best friend's birthdays. I had so much fun, and I absolutely took advantage of the delicious food and abundant cocktails, but I'm ready to get back into a normal schedule. Instead of restricting calories, slaving away in the gym and mentally punishing myself for indulging, I'm focusing on healthy and clean eating, doing my normal workout routine of 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions, and taking the week off from drinking 😜 I'm also embracing the fact that life is about balance and enjoying the celebrations. I've spent too many years beating myself up with guilt and restrictive behavior after feeling like I made "bad" decisions. That mindset is only counterproductive and robs one of being able to fully enjoy wonderful times.
